Coaching Staff
 
Head Coach - Dave Watson
 

Dave is a native Atlantan who attended Lakeside High School and graduated from the University of Georgia. He works as a real estate broker at Newmark Grubb Knight Frank. Dave played baseball through high school and softball in college. He ended his playing career 30 years later after serving as the Commissioner of the Real Estate Softball League for 17 years. His claim to fame is hitting a home run in the former Atlanta-Fulton County Stadium to win a trip to the World Series in 1989. Dave coached nine seasons at Buckhead Baseball and has deep knowledge of the game and working with players to achieve their best. He is married with one daughter.
 

 

Assistant Coach - Jamie Williams
 

Jamie is originally from New Jersey and recently relocated to Atlanta. She has participated in softball for most of her life, from elementary school through college, and now as a coach for the '01 Flames. Jamie attended Widener University where she studied mechanical engineering and played Division III softball. The two main positions Jamie played throughout her softball career were pitcher and catcher. Jamie is now putting her engineering degree to work as a substation physical designer for a Georgia-based electric utility company.
